Returns + Refunds

I want you to love your Teedog gear. Because I print in small batches, I put a lot of care into every item that leaves the studio. If something isn't quite right, here is how we can fix it.

  • The Teedog Return Policy

    We offer returns or exchanges on items within 14 days of delivery.
    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
    • Items must be free from any scent, pet hair, or marks.

    Note: As a small independent brand, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Get the Right Fit

    Most of our range is a unisex cut, which means the fit is relaxed.

    • Ladies: I generally recommend sizing down one from your usual fit if you prefer a more tailored look.
    • The "Pro Tip": Don’t guess! Grab your absolute favourite-fitting tee from your drawer, lay it flat, and measure the width (armpit to armpit) and the length. Compare those numbers to our Size Guide before hitting 'order'.
  • How to Start a Return

    If you need to swap a size or request a refund, please Contact Us below with your order number and the reason for the return.

    Faulty Items

    I personally hand-print and check every garment, but I’m human! If I’ve missed something or your item is faulty, please let me know immediately. In the case of a genuine fault, I will cover the shipping costs to get a replacement to you or provide a full refund.
