I want you to love your Teedog gear. Because I print in small batches, I put a lot of care into every item that leaves the studio. If something isn't quite right, here is how we can fix it.

The Teedog Return Policy
We offer returns or exchanges on items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be free from any scent, pet hair, or marks.
Note: As a small independent brand, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Get the Right Fit
Most of our range is a unisex cut, which means the fit is relaxed.
- Ladies: I generally recommend sizing down one from your usual fit if you prefer a more tailored look.
- The "Pro Tip": Don’t guess! Grab your absolute favourite-fitting tee from your drawer, lay it flat, and measure the width (armpit to armpit) and the length. Compare those numbers to our Size Guide before hitting 'order'.

Faulty Items
I personally hand-print and check every garment, but I’m human! If I’ve missed something or your item is faulty, please let me know immediately. In the case of a genuine fault, I will cover the shipping costs to get a replacement to you or provide a full refund.
