We aim to have your order processed and packed within 2–3 business days. Everything is hand-printed in small batches right here in Ballarat.

We ship nationwide via Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: $10 Flat Rate (Free for orders over $99)
• Express Shipping: $15 Flat Rate

Estimated Delivery: Standard (2–8 business days) | Express (1–3 business days).

Note: Rural areas or deliveries to WA may take a little longer. While I can't control Aus Post delays, I'll always do my best to help you track your gear down.

Free Local Delivery
I offer free local delivery to my Ballarat neighbours for all orders over $35.

• The Area: Free delivery applies to addresses within a 15km radius of Ballarat central.
• Delivery Day: Local drops are made every Monday.
• Please ensure there is a safe spot for me to leave your parcel!

Market Collection
I am a regular at the Ballarat Farmers Market on the 4th Saturday of every month. If you’d prefer to pick up your order there instead of having it delivered, please leave a note at checkout or send me a message to organise. It's a great chance to say g'day and see the range in person.

At Teedog, "quality" includes the footprint we leave behind. I am committed to ensuring your gear arrives in packaging that respects the environment—from the bag to the tape.

• Compostable Mailers: Your order is shipped in 100% plant-based, biodegradable mailers.
• Zero Plastic: Unlike many brands, I don’t stop at the bag. Every sticker and label attached to your apparel is also fully biodegradable and compostable.
• Small Batch, Less Waste: By printing in small numbers and replenishing only as required, we keep textile waste to an absolute minimum.

When your parcel arrives, you can simply pop the packaging into your home compost bin, knowing it will break down naturally.
